PRE / FLIGHT

Engagement preflight / direct contact

Bring the facts that determine whether work can begin

A clear first message is factual and narrow. It identifies the people and organizations, what the system will do, who will use it, what technology and data are involved, how payment is expected to work, and which operating constraints are evidenced rather than assumed.

CH-1

Engagement facts

Provide the contracting party, accountable contact, ownership context where appropriate, end users, end use, industry, service or technology requested, countries involved, and any government or state-enterprise relationship. Faith Forge Labs may request more information before offering work.

CH-2

Payment and provider facts

Describe the intended payer, payee, bank or processor, currency, invoice route, and timing without sharing credentials. List hosting, identity, email, analytics, AI, payment, and other providers expected to be used, plus the account owner and any known geographic limitations.

CH-3

Continuity and acceptance facts

Name representative devices, connection constraints, critical tasks, fallback channels, backup owner, and the smallest useful release. Describe how users and decision makers will confirm the system works after interruption and how the organization will operate if a dependency fails.
