PRE / FLIGHT

Payment checkpoint / stop gate

No payment flow begins with an assumption of permission

Payment feasibility depends on the actual payer, payee, ownership, bank or processor, transaction purpose, technology or service, currency, and current restrictions. Faith Forge Labs does not tell an anonymous visitor that a route is permitted.

CH-1

Identify the complete transaction

Record the contracting entity, beneficial ownership where appropriate, payer, payee, end user, end use, goods or services, banks and processors, currencies, invoice route, and destination of funds. A mismatch, opaque intermediary, possible restricted-party match, or unclear end use is a stop condition.

CH-2

Separate display from settlement

A site may need to display VES, USD, or another currency, but display does not establish what Faith Forge Labs can accept, what a provider supports, or what a transaction may lawfully use. Currency, conversion, fees, tax, invoice, settlement, and refund decisions remain with the parties and qualified owners.

CH-3

Recheck before money moves

Restrictions and licenses change. Recheck parties, ownership, end use, banks, processors, and current official sources before proposal acceptance, production enablement, material scope change, and payment. Keep the result private and scoped; never publish a visitor or client screening outcome as marketing proof.

ready to transmit

Prepare the facts for a human decision

Do not send account credentials. Provide the parties, ownership context, end use, service scope, banks/processors, currency, invoice path, and intended payment timing through an approved channel.
